BCBA Supervisor

Job Summary

Hybrid Role for a BCBA that is aversive to being micro-managed and LOVES to work autonomously! They have the ability to make their own schedule while keeping track of responsibilities and providing compassionate ABA therapy. We continue to grow in the Columbus area and expanding to other cities in Ohio and looking for future leaders.

Job Duties

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, autism, and other special needs

  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies

  • Monitor and collect data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment goals

  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavior management techniques

  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions and progress


Staff Training and Supervision

  • Help train and supervise behavior technicians and RBT’s

  • Support onboarding and initial training schedule for new employees alongside the clinical administrator and executive director.

  • Conduct regular supervision meetings and performance evaluations.

  • Conduct interviews for RBT’s and Supervisors as needed

  • Review weekly session notes and completion of appointments.


Case Management

  • Oversee the assessment process to identify the needs of clients.

  • Develop and update behavior assessment and treatment plans.

  • Monitor and evaluate client progress through data analysis and make necessary adjustments to interventions.

  • Submit treatment plans to insurance for re-authorizations.

  • Submit Quarterly Progress Reports for ASP clients.

Experience

This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with special needs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy, experience working with children, and a passion for helping others reach their full potential.


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required and COBA or BCaBA

  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs

  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques

  • Familiarity with special education laws and regulations

  • Strong data collection and analysis skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


License/Certification: BCBA (Required)
